The organization of the transfer boat leaves much to be desired!!! Check-in delays are frustrating, and the low water pressure is inconvenient!!! Improve communication about room features to avoid unexpected issues!!!

The beachfront location is stunning, and the breakfast buffet is decent. The huge Chino room provided comfort, though service was hit-or-miss. We faced low water pressure in the tub, which was inconvenient. Enjoy the picturesque pool and lovely beach, but management needs improvement.

The beach was incredible, with stunning crystal-clear waters and soft white sand. Our poolside room was perfect and super inviting. The staff, especially Ms. Apple, were amazing, always smiling and ready to help. we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant! 😄

Unfortunately, the rooms offered poor sound insulation, making for a noisy stay at times. the pool was not well maintained. Communication during the check-in process was lacking, leading to unnecessary delays.

the beach was super beautiful with coral-white sands and turquiose water, really made me relax. our room was spacious and comfy, the bathroom was nice too with a big shower and good fridge. the staff were really helpfull, especially the restaurant manager, he was so nice. i loved how they had their own vegetables for the meals and you could taste the freshness. also, the location is perfect, you feel like you’re in a private paradise!
